Scalable email system

As Typeform scaled its marketing output, the email production process needed to grow with it. I designed a modular system in Figma connected to Iterable, built the component library, and wrote documentation clear enough for anyone on the team to follow. The result was campaigns shipping 45% faster with 60% less coding time.
